All items are made-to-order and handcrafted. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
At Embroidera, every personalized piece is made especially for you. Because your order is created after purchase, production time and shipping time are separate.
Production Time
Production usually takes 3-5 business days. During this time, we prepare your selected item, personalize it with your chosen name, thread color, and font, then quality-check it before shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you can check its status anytime on our Track Your Order page. You may also receive tracking details by email when they become available.
Need It By A Specific Date?
If you need your order before a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once an order is with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
