1. Production Time

All items are made-to-order and handcrafted. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information once your order is ready to go.

2. Shipping Time

- Delivery Estimate: Standard shipping time is typically 7–14 business days after the production period.

- Carrier: All domestic U.S packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

🌍 Canada | EU | Australia:

- Delivery Estimate: Shipping takes slightly longer due to customs processing. Please allow 15–20 business days for shipping.

- Note: This estimate does not include potential delays caused by customs processing or import duties/taxes in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.
