Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

We're delighted you've chosen a handmade item! Since each piece is crafted with care and precision, our process involves two main stages:

1. Production Time

All items are made-to-order and handcrafted. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped. You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information once your order is ready to go.

2. Shipping Time

Once produced, all orders are shipped from the United States.

🇺🇸 Domestic U.S. Orders:

- Carrier: All domestic packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

- Delivery Estimate: Standard shipping time is typically 2–6 business days after the production period.

🌍 International Orders (Canada & EU):

- Delivery Estimate: International shipping takes slightly longer due to customs processing. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days compared to the domestic U.S. shipping time.

- Note: This estimate does not include potential delays caused by customs processing or import duties/taxes in the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility.
