General Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Eligibility and Timeframe

Time Limit: You have 14 days from the date you receive your physical goods to request a return.

Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Mandatory Return Process (RMA)

Return Authorization (RMA): To start a return, you must email hello@embroidera.us with a clear subject line, including your Order Number and reason for the return.

Important Note: We will not accept any items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization and instructions.

3. Refunds and Costs

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Return Costs: EmbroideraUS does not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to our facility.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
